Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-13
1. Use of Service
Tattoo Lab provides AI-generated custom tattoo designs. You describe a tattoo idea — a text prompt, a name or quote, or an uploaded reference image — choose a style such as fine line, blackwork, realism, minimalism, or tribal, and the Service returns original tattoo designs, typically in seconds. You can preview a design on your skin with virtual try-on, refine it, and download it.
You agree not to submit:
- Illegal content
- Nudity or sexual content
- Copyrighted material you do not have the right to use
- Harmful or abusive content
- Reference images of people, logos, or artwork you do not have the right to upload, modify, or turn into a design
The Service is a design visualization tool. You are solely responsible for how you use the designs it generates, including consulting a qualified tattoo artist and obtaining any advice needed before getting a permanent tattoo. We may refuse service for violations.
2. Payments
Payments for paid plans are processed by secure third-party services (Stripe). We do not store your payment details.
3. AI Output Disclaimer
AI tattoo designs are generated automatically.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or quality of any design
- That a design is suitable, safe, or ready to be tattooed as shown
- That line work, proportions, sizing, or placement shown are accurate or achievable on skin
- Any particular design outcome
AI output is provided for inspiration and visualization purposes only. Always review important details with a qualified tattoo artist before relying on them.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you upload, and you own the tattoo designs you generate. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for generating designs and operating the Service. You may use the designs you generate for a real tattoo, including taking them to a tattoo artist.
Designs you generate on the Ink plan are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use — including client work, resale, redistribution, or use in marketing or published materials — requires an active Artist plan, which includes a commercial-use license.
All website content, branding, and AI models belong to Tattoo Lab.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Inaccurate or low-quality AI designs
- Any consequences of how you use the designs, including getting a permanent tattoo or making other real-world decisions based on them
Use the service at your own risk.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service access for violations of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction unless otherwise specified.
8. Plans & Billing
8.1 Plans and Subscription Service
Tattoo Laboffers paid subscription plans: Ink ($9.99 per month) and Artist ($19.99 per month). Each plan begins with a 3-day trial and then renews at its monthly price. By starting a plan, you obtain access to certain features and content ("Subscription") on a recurring, automatically renewing basis until cancelled. There is no free tier.
8.2 Free Trial
Each plan starts with a 3-day trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription automatically converts to the paid plan and your payment method is charged the applicable monthly fee. Paid plans include unlimited designs, HD downloads, all styles, skin try-on, and — on Artist — vector (SVG) downloads and commercial usage rights.
8.3 Automatic Renewal of Your Subscription
Unless you cancel your Subscription before the end of the current billing period, your Subscription will automatically renew at the then‑current price (for example, $9.99 per month for the Ink plan) at the start of the next period. On that date, and on each subsequent billing date, you authorize us and our payment processor (such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) to charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel.
8.4 Recurring Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (or as otherwise disclosed at checkout). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it in accordance with Section 8.5. We may change the subscription price from time to time; any change will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect on your next billing cycle unless you cancel before that date.
8.5 How to Cancel
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by visiting your account page at https://aitattogenerator.com or by contacting our support at support@aitattogenerator.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription until that time. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.
8.6 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We back your first payment with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are charged and are not satisfied, contact support@aitattogenerator.comwithin 7 days of that charge for a full refund. Outside the guarantee window, payments are non‑refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where required by law. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Subscription through the end of your paid billing period.
8.7 Failed Payments & Suspension
If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may attempt to re‑process the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Subscription until payment is successfully processed. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed on you by your bank or payment provider in connection with our processing of your payments.
8.8 Promotions and Changes
Any promotional offers or discounts are temporary and subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Subscription (in whole or in part) upon reasonable notice, provided that such changes will not apply retroactively to billing periods you have already paid for.
